Early-Bird Pricing Available through September 30.  You must be logged in to your txacp.org account to default to member pricing. This registration fee includes access to the annual meeting and app. Pre-course sessions, DEI and Women in Medicine/Wellness Breakfasts, Awards Luncheon and Welcome Reception events are ticketed events (based on availability) in addition to your meeting registration.

Access all things TXACP via the Meeting App! You will receive an email from Texas ACP with 'Important Tips Before the Meeting' before you join us in Dallas with things you need-to-know and how to access the Annual Meeting App! If you do not receive your email with this information (sent approximately one week pre-meeting), please contact Alyssa.Muckelroy@texmed.org and staff will respond as soon as possible.
This is a LIVE Event. The ABIM Pre-Course Sessions may be available to attend live via zoom. Most sessions are offered as in-person events only. Sessions will not be recorded or made available as enduring material. The chapter does encourage members to access ACP's Online Learning Center to access on-demand learning sessions. Texas ACP Office will send out an email within 10 business days from the meeting date. Within that email, there will be instructions on how to claim your credits online.

Notice of registration or cancellation for the Texas Chapter Meeting, guest registration and pre-courses must be in writing via email. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. Email date will determine amount of refund according to the following schedule: Before Sept 15, 2023 - Full refund Sept 16 - Oct 17, 2023 - Refund registration less $50 processing fee. After October 18, 2023 - No refund A refund that results from a cancellation or change to your registration will be returned to the original payer and in the original method of payment. Our chapter staff will handle the change and get back to you. All cancellation requests must be received in writing no less than 10 days before the start date of the course to obtain a refund. A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from all refunds. Individuals who fail to attend the event (no-shows) will not be entitled to any refund. The Texas Chapter of the ACP reserves the right to cancel courses due to the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a meeting or event is at capacity, cancelled or postponed, the chapter will refund any applicable additional registration fees specific to that event but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.

12.5 CME/MOC Available 

The American College of Physicians is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American College of Physicians designates this other activity (live component) for a maximum of 12.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 12.5 medical knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credit claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.


Please visit the online meeting survey after the meeting to claim CME and MOC credit. In order to claim CME you must complete a meeting survey.
